Luckily for us, some of these former contestants have made the transition from lovesick hopefuls to fully-fledged authors! Get the behind-the-scenes scoop on your favorite show from these eight books by Bachelor alums! Though it seemed like she had met her match with Josh Murray, it was sadly not meant to be. Thank goodness, for people like me who feel like two hours or more of this ridiculous show every week is just not enough content, there are a wealth of Bachelor books out there for us to devour like the delicious and fluffy cotton candy they are. Here are the most unsettling. Warner Bros. Vinny Ventiera, a Paradise contestant, says bartender Wells Adams manned a log to ensure participants stuck to a two drinks per hour maximum rule. However, Kaufman writes that according to contestant Daniel Maguire, that rule was not enforced. Kaufman vouches for another rule, however. Producers tracked the menstrual cycles of female contestants to get emotion-packed interviews. Things quickly became intense.

When we looked into where The Bachelor couples are now , we were surprised to see so many authors from the bunch. While some of the past contestants from the franchise have gone the expected route — writing about their personal experiences on the show — others penned books from surprising genres. There's something for everyone here, from a historical novel to children's fiction to a poetic memoir spoiler alert: it's by Chris and Des. The most scandalous of all is probably Courtney Robertson's juicy tell-all memoir , which really goes there with the sexy secrets of the show. As any Bachelor franchise fan knows, sometimes we just can’t get enough of the crazy contestants, and the drama that ensues as they fight for that coveted final rose. Similarly to Sean Lowe, Bachelorette Emily Maynard is also a devout Christian. Her memoir recounts her experience.
