Somebody told jesus about me
TWO HUNDRED AND FIVE THINGS I WISH SOMEBODY TOLD ME BEFORE I STARTED TRAVELLING by BISHOP OCHEI INNOCENTABOUT THE BOOK
This author has made over five hundred trips preaching and teaching the gospel. As a missionary, he has ministered locally and in other nations.
In the course of these journeys, he learnt so many things that they were not taught in Bible schools and which despite being an avid reader, he has not found in books.
To light a candle and help others so that they do not repeat his mistakes, he has written this book.
One such he counsel against is travelling by land at night. This is worse in places where you have never been before and even where the driver had never driven to before.
On one occasion, he found himself traveling from Ghana to Liberia by road and the driver had never driven such route before. The driver for reasons best known to him could not even read or interpret the road signs. To further worsen the case, it was a pitch dark night! Of course, the driver not only miss the road, he drove them into a ditch forcing them to sleep in the bush till day break before going to seek mechanics!
On another occasion, he was travelling by road and it was night. His vehicle driven by a retired police man knocked down a police man on a checkpoint!
On another trip in Ghana, the driver moving at night rammed into a bench on which sat two policemen at the Suhum-Kumasi junction. If not that God took charge on both occasions, great harm would have occurred.
On yet another trip between Benin-city and Calabar, Nigeria his vehicle was forced to stop and park at a safe place till the next day because savages were said even in this century to be conducting a life taking ritual on the road!
He counsels among other things that night journey should be avoided at all cost. The dangers are not worth the risk and should only be undertaken when there is no alternative.
As you read along, you will find so many things that no one told you about earlier but which can make or mar your mission.

Somebody told me you had a boyfriend, who looked like a girlfriend...
There came then his brothers and his mother, and, standing without, sent to him, calling him. Matthew While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him…. Luke Then came to him his mother and his brethren, and could not come at him for the press…. New International Version Then Jesus' mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him. They stood outside and sent word for him to come out and talk with them.
He is someone to look up to, he is the real hero. Also I know that I am protected and can do anything because I have accepted Jesus into my heart. Jesus is the one man who can look at me with love and when I am covered in the most dirt. He is willing to take me by the hand even when I turn away from him. Jesus is someone I can not describe because there is nothing I know that I can compare him to.
I heard the story of Jesus Sounded like music in my ear Beautiful story of Jesus Did sell my doubts and brought my fears How marvellous is His love Down to me from above Oh it's not just a story 3 times It's reality Somebody told me all the joy they had Somebody told me that in sorrow they could be glad And then they told me they were blind and now they see I didn't think it could be until it happened to me Now I can tell you about the joy I had Now I can tell you that in sorrow I could be glad And now I can tell you I was blind now I see I didn't think it could be until it happened to me. Until it happened to me Happened to me! You will get 3 free months if you haven't already used an Apple Music free trial.

Do I think God speaks to people today? He speaks through scripture, but I also believe that the gifts of the Spirit , including the prophetic and words of wisdom are in operation today.
Yes, I want to follow Jesus. I am a follower of Jesus. I still have questions. The last command that He gave them was this: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age" Matthew If these are the last words that Jesus gave His disciples, we must consider that they are of the utmost importance to Him, and to ourselves.
