Down the rabbit hole

The Beatles were such a huge part of my childhood that they filter through almost every aspect of my life — even as a year old. Though it must have been their final performance in February of They were the gold standard.

In , Wyatt Waters and I spent 10 weeks traversing the Italian peninsula working on our third collaborative book project. During that time we travelled from the southernmost tip of Sicily to the base of the Alps while researching and writing An Italian Palate. The most meaningful, memorable, and enjoyable times we experienced during that journey were in Tuscany. During the subsequent book tour, dozens of people asked us if we would ever consider hosting a food and art tour across Tuscany one day. That day has come.
