The sixth edition has been updated to cover current issues and states the law as of 1 August The treatment has been restructured to group topics more clearly together. Revisions include new chapters on succession, as well as more emphasis on equitable remedies, coverage of which now includes the use of injunctions to protect the emerging law of privacy and human rights. The book is comprised of thirty chapters, grouped together in seven parts. Part I considers the importance and contribution of equity, including remedies particularly specific performance and injunctions.
