This is a truly inspirational book.I had to wait a long time after it came out to buy it, as our local bookstore did not have it in stock. There are some wonderful words in there, and if you like Eltons Music, then the words need to be explored in more detail. They are a masterpiece in their own right.Great read in the evenings, and I am surprised that my 40 year old copy still has any words left in it. Great Illustrations, Alan Aldridge and many famous people of the day contributed art for this book. One of my lecturers at Art college was responsible for one of those illustrations, and he signed his illustration for me.I was very lucky to have had Taupins work in my life, this book is a little treasure that has become very personal to me..
