Never let them see you sweat: Holiday edition. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cool on a wire rack until room temperature. These are made with cookie butter—basically peanut butter, except instead of peanuts, cookies. The cakes are super easy because you just bake the batter in a muffin tin, then glaze them with MORE melted cookie butter.
